Vermentinu

In the same way that Sardinian Vermentino is different from that produced on the mainland, so Vermentino from Gallura, the island’s only DOCG wine, is different from Sardinian Vermentino in general. It comes from thin granitic soils and these particular conditions give a full, warm, delicately aromatic straw-yellow wine with a rich bouquet.
We recommend it with shellfish and oven-cooked fish.
