After fermentation on the skins and a long maceration, this Carignano del Sulcis IGT softens out in small barrels for 10 months before bottling. With a ruby red colour, the bouquet has notes of red fruits and others typical of the vine and the dry soft taste has a long finish. We recommend it with well-seasoned first courses, second course meat dishes and mature cheeses.
