A DOC Vernaccia wine aged for 10 years. With its warm amber colour this precious wine is produced from Sardinia’s noblest vine and is used in cooking by the best Sardinian chefs as well as being particularly suitable for aperitifs and desserts, especially bottarga, mostaccioli and almond pastries. In the area where it is produced, the name Murruai is given to the best vintages, like ours. If correctly stored it will improve over time.
